Welcome to HAWAII
The Aloha State

Welcome to Hawaii, The Aloha State. Hawaii’s mild, semitropical climate, long coastline and beautiful mountains make it wonderful for outdoor activities. We have everything surfing, swimming, hiking, boating, golf, tennis, and camping. There are International Surfing Competitions at Makaha on Oahu and Honolulu is the site of the annual Pro Bowl all-star football game and the collegiate Aloha Bowl.

Hawaii is known for its distinct blend of cultural heritages, and the range of the state’s cultural institutions reflects this diversity. You can visit the states oldest museum or look at a replica of an early Hawaiian village. There is also the USS Arizona Memorial in Honolulu’s Pearl Harbor. We have five national parks, 41 state parks, more than 60 state forests and the world’s tallest mountain, Mauna Kea with a height of 33,476 feet. Come check us out we would love to see you.

We thank you for choosing Hawaii Travel Guide to plan your next vacation, and hope that your time spent in Hawaii is both enjoyable and refreshing.
