Welcome to UTAH
The Beehive State

Welcome to Utah, The Beehive State. In Utah, we have a unique geographic mix, from red rock canyons to desert valleys to world class ski slopes, Utah has something for everyone. Visit the Uinta Range, Utah’s most rugged and highest mountain wilderness and the only large mountain range in North America which runs east and west. Then, there is the Colorado Plateau with its famed red rock country.

There are seven major ski resorts, alpine and cross-country skiing, golfing, horseback riding, ranching, hiking, scenic driving, boating and whitewater rafting for outdoor activities. Utah’s reputation as the bicycling capital of the world is earned on both alpine and red rock trails. If you are looking to get away from it all then visit one of the many national parks, national monuments, national recreation areas or national historic sites. Visit the ruins of the Anasazi tribe, then ride by horseback over the Pony Express trail, or bag a big brown trout. If a little culture is what you want then visit one of our many museums, theatres and then stop and listen to the Utah Symphony. Come visit us in Utah and see everything we have to offer.

We thank you for choosing Utah Travel Guide to plan your next vacation, and hope that your time spent in Utah is both enjoyable and refreshing.
